Math 1071 Exam Info (Spring 2020)

Changes have been made to this page to reflect the transition to an online course due to COVID-19. Those changes are indicated in red.

Calculators:

Graphing calculators: TI 82, 83, 84, 84 plus, 85 or 86 may be used. Models TI-89 and above (including TI-Nspire) are not permitted on the exams or quizzes.  See this link (from the University of Arizona) for more detailed description of what is and is not allowed (including Casio brand calculators).


Exams

There will be two midterm exams and a cumulative final:

    • Exam 1:
    • Exam 2:
      • April 13, during class time.
      • This exam will still be given on April 13, during class time. You will be expected to log-on to your computer at that time and be proctored via webcam. Instructions will be provided. Accommodations will be made for students who need them.  
      • Worth 20% of your final grade.
      • Covers 4.1-4.5, 3.4 and 5.1-5.6.
