Calculators:
Graphing calculators: TI 82, 83, 84, 84 plus, 85 or 86 may be used. Models TI-89 and above (including TI-Nspire) are not permitted on the exams or quizzes.  See this link (from the University of Arizona) for more detailed description of what is and is not allowed (including Casio brand calculators).
Exams
There will be two midterm exams and a cumulative final:

- Feb 24, during class time.
- Worth 20% of your final grade.
- Covers A.1, A.2, A.6 1.1-1.5, 3.1-3.3.

- Exam 2:
- April 13, during class time.
- This exam will still be given on April 13, during class time. You will be expected to log-on to your computer at that time and be proctored via webcam. Instructions will be provided. Accommodations will be made for students who need them. Â
- Worth 20% of your final grade.
- Covers 4.1-4.5, 3.4 and 5.1-5.6.

- Exam 1:
- Final Exam:
- Final Exam Week -Â Wednesday 5/6 3:30-5:30pm.
- Worth 30% of your final grade.
- Cumulative. Covers all sections covered during the course.
- The final exam will consist of two components – a take home component due by 3:30 pm on 5/6 and a one hour proctored component which will occur during the standard exam block (5/6 3:30-5:30). Proctoring will be done via Webcam. Accommodations will be made for students who need them. Â
